Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and shipped. During busy seasons or after market weekends, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Local Pickup
If you're near Danville, KY, we offer free local pickup at the Boyle County Farmer’s Market during market season. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to coordinate details.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items using recyclable or reused materials whenever possible. Pottery and fragile goods are double-checked and cushioned to help them arrive in one piece.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
