Meet the Harpers
We're Michael and Jessica, and we are originally from the metro Atlanta area. We left the city life for our sanity and started our little homestead in the middle of Liberty, KY in October 2021. We quickly realized that we don't care too much for growing most food crops, but dang do we love a flower patch. We even grew the backdrop for our wedding ceremony.
This isn't our first rodeo....
....but it is our second. We gave the market scene a try in 2024, and while we loved it we just didn't have a good direction for our farm. 2024 was almost over and then God stepped in and practically gave us an industrial high tunnel, and suddenly our dreams look a little more realistic. Are we a little in over our heads and incredibly overwhelmed? Yes. Are we still giving this a shot in 2025? Also yes.
God has plans for us
That's definitely what we keep telling ourselves as reassurance while we hold on for dear life through all the rapid changes and blessings we're met with. We firmly believe we ended up in Liberty for a reason, and we firmly believe that whatever we end up doing will be for the glory of God.
More than just flowers
We are also makers! Michael is a metal worker and runs a home forge. We both enjoy all aspects of pottery. Jessica has ADHD and can't pick, so she's sort of a jack of all craft trades. You'll likely find some crafted items for sale online and at the markets if flowers aren't your thing. We also are licensed micro-processors and home-based processors, so if you like to eat we also make food. How could you not love us?

While we do plan to sell items online, our main focus will be markets and running events at the farm. We sure would love to meet you and hope you'll enjoy what we have to offer. See you soon!
